As a Black Woman-owned and led company, we're acutely aware of the disparities in our industry. Only 3.5% of Designers are Black, a mere 2% of Interior Designers are Black, and less than 13% of Entrepreneurs are women. These statistics aren't just numbers to us—they're a call to action.
