• Assist in designing and space planning for office environments and commercial spaces with guidance from our design team
• Create mood boards, concept presentations, and material palettes for client projects
• Participate in client meetings and communications, learning how to translate client needs into design solutions

• Support furniture selection, layout planning, and finish specifications
• Shadow experienced designers on client projects from initial consultation to final installation

You're Perfect If You:

• Currently studying Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field
• Have interest in commercial interior design and want to develop these skills in a professional setting
• Have experience with design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software)
• Strong eye for color, composition, and spatial design
• Portfolio or design samples preferred (but we're more interested in your potential!)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the DMV area

Bonus but not required:

• Familiarity with commercial design codes and ADA accessibility standards
• Experience creating mood boards or material specification sheets
• Understanding of sustainable design practices
